Default P0141... "o2 Sensor Heater Circuit"...

Hey guys, I just got my scan tool today so I was able to pull the CEL code and it turned out to be P0141, which is "O2 sensor heater circuit (bank 1 sensor 2)." I just put my cat back in my car after running a testpipe for over a year with spacers (two spark plug non-foulers) so I wouldn't throw a CEL with the testpipe, and I left the spacers on the o2 sensor when I put the cat back in. Do you think that these spacers would trip the CEL or do you think that the sensor is bad? I just figured I would ask before I jacked up the car and took the spark plug non-foulers out if it would be a waste of time. Any info is appreciated. Thanks.

There is a heater in the O2 Sensor. Bank 1, sensor 2 is the sensor in the CAT. Since it is now actually a functional part (in the exhaust stream) it may be bad. If you search on e-Bay there is a few FS. They are new and have the part number listed. Use that number to fine one at your local Auto parts store./

Hows that?

The heater element in the sensor is bad. You need a new rear 02 sensor
