Default P0171 code?? Please help. Greatly appreciated

2005 ap2, 130k

Just started throwing a P0171 code( system too lean bank 1)

since I’ve thrown this I’ve checked:

vacuum leaks, can’t seem to see or hear anything

map sensor, I had a new on(ebay denso Special) ran for Atleast 500 miles no issues... I just switched back to original OEM one I had just to see on this next cycle reset.

IAC valve is squeaky clean, took the whole thing apart and cleaned thoroughly and sprayed all electrical connections. Moves freely

upper o2 sensor is fairly new, Legit denso from store. also about 500 miles no issues, just took apart today to check wires and clean anything. Looks great also gnna check on next cycle reset.

second sensor on cat is pulled out of stream due to 70mm test pipe. Removed o2 bungs today because they were rusty and falling apart, put sensor back directly in stream... oem sensor is legit a little nub? Never seen this before. Looks aftermarket? Attached picture below on this. It prob won’t even see the stream after threads in because it’s so shallow. Idk but don’t think this even has anything to do with this code anyways???

cleaned fuel injectors, taken out, wiped and sprayed down with carb cleaner. Cleaned inside of manifold. Little gunky. Tested each injector to a 9v battery to hear clicking and I can blow through each and spray carb cleaner through. I know it’s prob not the best way but just checking quick stuff.

car has 130k on it, no valve adjustment. Doesn’t sound like it needs one but I know mileage says otherwise.

MODS
CAI
TEST PIPE
DUAL INVIDIA exhaust

one muffler might be clogged with broken baffles I believe. I’ve taken it off before and it hear shit shaking around like crazy. Could this cause issue?

ive taken some freeze frames off obd2 scanner from today’s reset when it threw the code today, been resetting it every time I try a fix. I have a basic reader nothing special. Also is the downstream o2 sensor I had mentioned in the cat.
