Oem spoilers interchangeable??

Default Oem spoilers interchangeable??
Forgive me if this has already been answered. If so please direct me to the link. Are oem spoilers interchangeable? Currently I have the ap2 spoiler oem Honda part #08F12-S2A-112. I’d like to switch to the the oem spoiler thats Sits flush on the trunk lid part #08F10-S2A-111F. Do they both mount in the same location or will I have to drill new holes? Pictures are for reference. Thanks in advance!

Trunk Lip spoiler usually just 3M tape on.
No drilling require

So The reason I ask is I went to my local Honda dealer and they had one available and it had studs in it to mount to the trunk lid

The OEM trunk lip spoiler does have studs, one on each side. These are optional for some aftermarket OEM look lips.

Not sure if the lip spoiler will cover the second set of holes used for the wing spoiler.

fake news, OEM has 6 studs. 2 on each side, and 2 in the middle......
