P0325 Knock Sensor code questions. (Answered)
I am have a genuine OEM replacement sensor ready to be installed. I am now waiting for the right day to do it.
Car:
2004 S2000
160k miles, Original Knock sensor,
CT-E Novi1000 Supercharged @ 13PSI
OEM ECU and Greddy Emanage
Clutch replaced 50K miles ago
OBD2:
Code P0325
OBD2 Freeze data:
Load: 17%
Water: 170f
AIT: 90f
VLT: 14.7
What's weird is that the car feels crappy with less throttle response until I clear the code so, purely out of interest, and yes I googled and searched for this with no luck on finding a solid answer. Could this code mean the following two things:
1) ECU sees knock of some sort?
2) Once triggered, does stock ECU pull timing, add fuel, reduce power or go into some sort of limp mode until CEL is cleared?

Anyways, the answer is YES, ECU must be pulling timing or something. Once CEL is triggered the car feels like absolute garbage, throttle response is gone and it's slow as hell. The second the CEL is cleared, the car is back to normal.
Yeah dude, good call. Not driving it now, I'm back to my daily. Lazy to fix it kind of. I also got a new O2, just because. Meh. I'll fix it soon but, for the time being she can just hang in a garage.
