okay so the other day this happened to me he other where i cant go past 3k rpms. I ran a scan on it at auto zone and it gave me the code p1367 any ideas what i need to change? i changed both o2 sensors and that didnt help.

 

The two black connections on the back of your block.. make sure they are clipped in and tightened down.
