Default P1454 - reset. Didn't come back. Concerns?

TL;DR - threw a P1454 code tracking in 110F. Reset the code. Drove home 120 miles, no problems, no codes thrown. Concerns?
(these should come at the beginning, not the end). I posted this in R&C and didn't get any responses, so I'll ask here. Thanks.

So, I decided to go to a track day during a SoCal heat wave. The idea was that everyone would get chased away and not attend. Check - sessions 3 and 4 only had three cars on track.

The sessions were approximately 25 minutes long.

Anyway, during my fourth session, about 8 laps in, I noticed my temp gauge tick up one notch, so I backed off, did a cool down lap, and drove around outside the pits for a bit. Temp gauge came down during my cool down lap. While in the pits, I noticed I had a CEL.

I checked the code, P1454. I found this:
Possible causes:
Faulty Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor
Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor harness is open or shorted
Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor circuit poor electrical connection

and this:
Possible causes:
Faulty Fuel Tank Pressure (FTP) Sensor
Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor harness is open or shorted
Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor circuit poor electrical connection

The car felt fine, no odd noise, stuttering, or hesitation, which are symptoms of the above problem. No other codes were present (such as P2422, which often accompanies P1454).
I reset the code, packed my stuff, and drove home 120 miles.
Everything felt fine. No codes came up. Should i be concerned? Anyone have similar experiences?
Motor is stock, except for a testpipe (stock cat back). Running a Mrsideways radiator for cooling.

I ordered an EVAP FTP sensor and gasket ($65 total for OEM from Honda). Should I replace it as preventative maintenance? Accessing the EVAP canister looks simple in the pictures, but sounds like a PITA.
