The HKS has that huge helmholtz resonator at the Y and if any peanuts are in there, they'll melt. Your car could smell like a rolling short circuit for months.

that's mostly what i'm worried about. i guess we'll just see what happens....

I once had a few practice golf balls in my exhaust. (Don't ask) When I started the car they all shot out instantly. Just my experience but I bet you'll have no problem.
