Default Part name/number identification help

I can't figure this out. This isn't a picture of my car. My car is missing that evap related part circled in yellow. I have searched high and low for this part, it's name, and its number. It is the part that the blue plug, pictured directly above it, plugs in to. My car was missing this part when purchased. I have had zero luck and have been at this for a while. Please help me identify it.

I (think) that's the one-way valve. I am not 100% sure though. Can you find a better picture of it? If it's the one-way valve than it's part number 17376-S01-A01

Or maybe it's the Purge Control Solenoid Valve? Like I said, a better pic would help.

I wish I could, lol. That part is missing from my car, and was missing when I purchased it. That is a picture from another member, it is whatever part of the evap system that blue plug connects to. Billman has helped me on this, but the name he gave me is not the name associated with honda, so I can't find it under that name (evap purge valve) and can't get the part number. They have a different part called evap purge valve that is at the rear of the car, so it makes finding it pretty difficult.
