Thumbs down Pass. side window and top issues

Okay this shit is driving me crazy. My top and pass. side window wont go down. I have took out the pass. side window switch and put it on another S and the window went up and down. I have yet to test the driver side switch on another S. I have done all the obvious troubleshooting like making sure the e-brake is engaged and the window lock is off..Checked for blown fuses..I am out of ideas..We think that it might be the pass. window regulator but not sure yet..Haven't swapped it out yet..Any ideas??

well, if the windows wont go down, the top wont go down. it the order how it work.
if you remember when it was working. the windows go down first then the motors of the top will kick in after. so maybe check the relay
i guess also try to swap the regulators with someone to see if it the problem.
