when about 25 feet in front of my car or if driving if front of me (my girlfriend pointed this out to me)....my passenger headlight is obnoxisouly bright and fuzzy...it is still HID blueish when near it but when far it does not have the same bright smooth look as the driver headlight...as i said, its very fuzzy looking...anyone had this problem or know how to fix it?...im thinking maybe the headlight needs to be adjusted or repositioned...but dont know if its the bulb or ballast...btw...whats a ballast?..haha...thanks
