Recently the passenger window stopped responding to the switches to roll it down. but if i put the top down, it rolls the window down.

Is there a fuse to look at related to the passenger window that isn't related to how the top rolls the window down?

Just a quick question while i look through the manual to see if i can find what is related to it.

 

Don't think it's fuses, but still, why the hell would putting the top down roll it down... but not the switches. Neither the passenger nor the driver side works. there's not a window lock feature... is there?

let me guess... you had the pass window lock on didn't you

 

hah, i'm so used to that lock locking all windows in my civic i didn't even think about it.

 

if there were a badge for people who have posted "help passenger window wont roll down" and ended up being the lock switch, a third of all members on here would probably have it.

there should probably be the sticky just for this issue. "window won't roll down? check the lockout switch! have a nice day"
