Pivot Raizin Voltage Stabilizer

this stabilizer was in my car when I bought it.. anyone know anything about it? Is it necessary? Does it help??

Voltage stabilizers or grounding kits are good for adding weight.

The OEM engine grounds and battery grounds are more than sufficient when clean, tight and corrosion free.
