Odd, that no one responded to your post. Simple question. Are the EPS components correct for your car's manufactured year?

YOu need to try the manual, paper clip method.

You need a parts diagram. Specific to your car's year of manufacture. Have you reset the torque sensor?

It does not matter. It is a system and the parts are interchangeable. But you do need to reset the Torque Sensor Neutral position properly.

I have tried to replace the EPS again and still does the same shit. It won't let you reset the sensor with a code and thats the problem i am having its throwing a code 23 when doing the reset procedure.
I have changed the rack in the car and i do have a srs light on my dash but i don't think that will cause or have anything to do with the EPS code. Not sure what else to do. Does anyone have a wiring schematic of the EPS system?

Have you driven it up the road <if its safe> after fitting rack ect,may reset its self

yes i tried driving but has power turning one way and no power assist the other way. Like it needs to be reset but i can't. I need to figure out whats causing the code 23.
