Plug Identification?

Plug Identification?
I am finishing up a complete harness swap to a shell i am working on and i am left with these to plugs. (blue female end, male gray end). They obviously don't fit together but there are no other spots available. SRS was removed which may account but i assumed SRS plugs were green. Anyone have an idea what these go to? I am also having an issue with the push start button not engaging. Shows to be getting fire to the button so that's not the issue but the car doesn't even attempt to turn over. No noise.

Color of wire look correct. Flipping connector over doesn't work? Just a WAG...

What part of the harness are those two plugs in?
EDIT: What year? Also seems like those have to be under the left side of the dash, part of dashboard wire harness A or B...
Just a BTW, SRS plugs are yellow, like the 3-wire one at the back of that connector block.
Further edit: That connector is "C402" and it connects to another 6-cavity plug with the same color scheme. You should find its mating plug in dashboard wire harness B. The 4-plug remains a mystery.
edit again: Given its location and number of holes, it's a safe bet that 4-plug is brake pedal pos.

Is the 4 pin cruise control where it plugs into the reel?

I am going to check the dash harness when i get home i appreciate the help. The brake switch appears to be a double vertical plug (pictured) not horizontal. So that one is still a mystery to me.http://thumbs.ebaystatic.com/images/...M-d/s-l225.jpg
I will be double checking the brake though later tonight to make sure

The brake switch is already connected unfortunately so the 4 plug is still a mystery. I am beginning to wonder if the harness is damaged somewhat as i took the entire dash harness out and cant find anything that would plug into the 6 cavity.

Up.
Further investigation shows The C402 connector does have the plug from the dash harness but is missing the other side. I took the dash out to better locate the wire but those two pictured are the only plugs not connected.

So i have followed the body harness which should connect into the 6 PIN and there is nothing available. There is also no place to put the 4 PIN. Does anyone have any pictures near this particular harness so i can see where everything goes?
