There isn't a coil wire, are you taking about the connectors that attach to the individual coils?

They can be replaced if you cut them from another harness.

right the connectors. how would u replace them? do u have to splice the wires? or can the plug be pulled apart?

Did it completely shatter, or did you just break the lock off? It's ghetto, but a tywrap would hold it on just fine if it's just the lock.

most of time you can, with a small tool, unclip, and pull the wire terminals out of a busted connector. I would think you can with coil connector.

check the local recycle yard for a good connector and just remove the terminal and plug yours in.

Yes. Run it between two wires on the connector and around the pack. Just make sure it's in a way that wont allow it to vibrate off. You can also extract the pins and snap them back into an old connector like PWRMKR said. You may be able to use the larger radioshack tool, but I'm not sure how weatherpacks clip, off the top of my head.
