Default Possible Axle/wheel bearing problem

Hey guys on my 01 s, 46k mi, I just had the rear-end replaced by puddy mod racing. I here this slight clicking noise when I turn to the right. I read the posts about it, and everyone said to re-torque the axle nut, and check the wheel bearings. I took it to a shop today and they said everything looked fine, and the factory paint/indention for the axle nut is still in the right place. Anyone have any ideas? THank you.

It doesn't matter if it looks fine...re-torque the nut and if possible, re-grease the axle spline.

alright I will give that a try. I told them to do that, but they didnt have a torque wrench that went past 150. I was told by puddymod to torque it to 220
