Default Possible clutch problem please help!

Ok so someone help me with this. What do you think it can be. Normally when you put your clutch in it goes in about 1-2 inch's then engages and the engage part is like 4-5 inch's then the pedal is all the way to the floor, well this morning on my drive to work, the whole way, my medal would be soft and loose the first 4-5 inches then it would finally engage and only put pressue for about 2 inch's before the pedal ws at the floor... it should be engaging sooner... whats going on? any help? and is it expensive to fix and where should i go?

Have you ever bled the clutch? I would start there.

You might also want to try this before you get into if the is a problem with the clutch it's self.

There are some adjustments you can do to the clutch pedel but I would do these things first and see if it helps the condition.

Let us know.
