Ok. My power steering just started acting funny. When I start my car in the morning from a cold start. My steering is choppy intill the car is fully warm then it's becomes normal. Does any experts know why this would happen? After driving for about 3 minutes it becomes normal again. It's kinda hard to explain. I start the car and when I turn the wheel its seems like it cuts in and out quickly. Every quarter turn it's hard the normal. (on and off through a full turn of the wheel). Bit after the car runs for a few minutes it's normal again.

Any help or ideas?

does it happen in both directions when you turn?

 

Yes. Choppy both directions till the car warms up

 

Guess this is a rare issue. Lol
