So at idle when the car is not moving a persistent vibration in the steering wheel occurs whenever I try to turn the wheel to the right. The left doesn't create these symptoms nearly as easilly, but when it does they are not nearly as noticeable.

I have checked the lugs and brake pad seating and that is fine. Any other ideas? I do know that I need a new battery bc its time for a change.
