Power steering out after engine rebuild!

Default Power steering out after engine rebuild!

I recently rebuilt my complete engine from top to bottom and replaced w/ACT clutch and now my power steering is out and I don't have any ideas!...please help, any info would be greatly appreciated. If all else fells I will bring it to Honda.

I'd start with the electrical connectors. There's one big one on top of the steering rack. There's a smaller one on the steering rack stalk. These are usually unplugged when lowering the subframe, to pull the trans, to pull the motor.

I pulled my engine from the top, and now that you mention plugs...I just looked and seen one busted up on the lower front of the drivers side (looks like it may be a relay?)

Of course you pulled it from the top. how did you get the tranny out?

didn't pull it out, just took it out to resleeve #4...not i put it all back together and power steering is out and the only thing I can think is that one connection that is busted on the lower front driver side on the steering part..its a prong looking connection as 2 on top, 3 in the middle and I think 1 on bottom....if you have to time leave a # to call so I can describe and vice versa

So you didn't pull the motor, but you took IT out to resleeve #4.

what is IT?

He didn't pull the trans out, he just pulled the engine out to resleeve it.

Just wondering how you got the engine out. you have to pull the trans to pull the motor.

Check to make sure you have enough power steering fluid. That might be the problem. You also might want to check the headlight fluid too while you are at it.
