Primary O2 sensor issue
Hello people, I had an O2 sensor changed on my s2000 (the one at the front) I delete the error code but after I drive a couple of yards the error code still comes back, anyone can help me with this issue please?
What code is it? What brand and pn O2 sensor to you put in?
The way codes is not, this code, replace this part. Its not that simple. The code doesn't know what part failed, it only knows something it was programmed to watch out for happened. Some threshold of some value it measures.
Its like if your blood test shows some values are out of range it doesn't automatically lead to a medical diagnosis and appropriate treatment. The Dr still has to interpret the readings along with knowledge about you and your health.
You gotta do the same thing with obd codes, and make a real diagnosis, not just knee jerk replace parts in a shogun spray pattern.
