Default Problem after shift light install

I installed my shift lights but stupid me I forgot to tape the power wire so it was exposed.

I was in traffic and suddenly my cluster clicks and it doesn't show anything(no speedo, rpm), passenger side window is disabled, power steering is disabled and soft top is disabled.
It possibly short circuited somewhere or something when the wire was swinging around in my car.

It happened a while ago when I attempted to install it and my mechanic checked all fuses and they were fine. all he did was plugg a handheld device in my ecu and got everything running again. Is there anyway I can fix this without having to take it to the mechanic?
