problem solved
sup s2ki fam,
Finally replaced my wheel studs + bearing! Upon removal of the rear ball joints, the boots seem to have squished out some grease. Upon reinstallation, there is a slight, but noticeable gap between boot and joint (yes, the joints are correctly installed, and the nuts are tight). It's as if the KD tools ball joint separator I used (yes, I went under the boots) compressed the boots and they stayed that way.
Is this normal? The boots are still in good condition (no rips). I know it's a sealed chassis, but is there a way to "inject" grease inside the joint? Maybe with a "flavor injector"? lol
thanks in advance!
peace
