Thumbs down Problems after installing Omni Quicklutch CMC

so i rounded off the bolt that holds the hard line in to the master cylinder due to not using the right tools, but still managed to get it in tightly. after completing the install of the new MC i tried to bleed the system the traditional way for about 30 minutes with no luck. i could hear hissing like air was coming through the bleeder valve, but no fluid ever came out. i then left it to gravity bleed and nothing happened after 2 hours. i left it overnight then came outside and nothing. the fluid was still at the same level. the omni website says not to use an air bleeder (i'm guessing they mean vaccuum bleeder) because it won't "properly prime the quicklutch master cylinder." could it be that i tightened the hard line a little too much? they said to take care not to overtighten it. would a side effect of overtightening be not being able to bleed the system? what should my next step be? there's no pressure in the pedal even after all that bleeding, so i'm sure there's no bottleneck in the system...also the fluid level in the reservoir for the MC isn't dropping at all, so i'm sure there's no leak...

any help is greatly appreciated.

thanks,
Rashad

did you bleed the master cylinder on a vise before installing it? WIth a recirculator to get all the fluid in the MC?

no, but omnipower told me that certain brake fluids eat up the seals inside after a few hours (and all brake fluids eventually ruin the seals) so they're pulling the product off the market and will reimburse me.

Awesome idea

Omni quik master is on my top 5 worst products list of all time.

I can even tell you the problems I've had with this unit. Too many to list.
