Default Problems using OEM and non axles together?

I did a inner cv swap and cant get rid of the shakes. So instead of swapping the outers like i was originally planning. I realized that I can buy a single (left)DRIVESHAFTSHOP stage 2 axle for like $300 which is just a little more than one oem CV joint.

THe guy at the local performance shop seemed to think that there would not be a problem if I used an aftermarket axle on the left and and OEM axle on the right. And i tend to agree with him because it really shouldnt throw anything out of balance. From the pictures the stage 2 axles look to be same dimension, so i assume they are of tougher material.

But could there be any potential problems that I may have overlooked?
