Problems w/ my Vortech sc

Short version: Got a new electrical control box installed. Car starts up and immediately dies giving me a CEL (P0335, if I recall correctly). When we uninstall the electrical control box the car starts fine.
Does anyone know what the issue might be? Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thanks.
