Well, I'm 98% sure my pro shaft is going bad. Is this something to really worry about or can i still drive the car until i get a new one. It only rattles when i slightly press the clutch pedal and on deceleration. Please help!!!

 

are you sure it isn't your clutch ?

 

The car has about 44k on it, wouldn't think the clutch would be going bad, but not ruling it out. Just recently replaced both rear wheel bearings, hubs and lower ball joints due to noise going back there. Upon further inspection , the shaft slides back and forward fine. There is some play in it when pushing it up and down on the back side.
