Default Pss9 help

I just install my Pss9...and I have 2 problems..First..my "helper spring" "small one" in the back is completly compress , is that normal ? with a inch drop


second..i can't get a nice drop ? unless I drop the suspension completly

There is a recommended amount, there coilovers aren't meant for slammage.

I believe it's recommended spot is around 1.5", but that should be included with the instructions along with a guide

The small helper spring are only there to keep the main spring seated when the suspension is completely extended. Nothing more. So yes, that is normal.

This makes not sense at all.

The body of the shock is threaded, you can adjust it from a full, drag on the ground drop (been there, done that) to stock height and everywhere in between.

no thats the problem..i have 1/4 inch threads left and a fat finger gap still

but like idomN8U said.maybe those Pss aren't meant for slammage ...!

You are looking at the car without any weight in it and with springs that have not settled.

But if yours are that differant from mine I would be suprised. Mine will drop the car too low to even drive.
