I recently called James at Rick's Signature Accessories, LLC and ordered a DiGrappa X-Brace for my 2001. Imagine my surprise when he left a message not only saying it was in but also that if I wanted help putting it on, I could come by.

Long story short, I took him up on his offer and not only did he do most of the work putting it on, he then said follow him, and we took a heck of a challenging test drive along the cliffs around West Point. Great fun and what an improvement!

By the time I left, James had also installed for me a set of beautiful new Rick's yellow and silver badges. Gratis!

Now I live in New York, and although I love it here and wouldn't think of moving, even so, I'm not used to this absolutely first class treatment!

So thank you, James, and Rick's, for a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Best form of advertisement is by word of mouth. I'm sold just by this post alone.

I will be purchasing my DiGrappa X-brace from the same source. Hope I would get the same 1st class service as you did Steven.

Have to wait for the funds though. BTW how do you like the handling after it was installed?
