Default Pulling to one side...

I thought I imagined it the first time I felt it but it seems to be a recurring, although slight, issue. Whenever I accelerate, either from a stop, after shifting gears or just stomping on the gas, my S2K pulls to the right a little bit. Has anyone else had this problem? The first time it did it was from a stop so I thought I just didn't get even traction under both wheels. But it doesn't any time now, even cruising at speed and then accelerating in the same gear.

Check your rear tire pressures...if one rear tire is low, the car will pull to one side under acceleration. I beleive the lsd causes this.

Check all the tires for correct pressure. Does it do it once you are at speed, or just on acceleration?

It only does it when there is a positive change in speed i.e. acceleration from a stop, upshifting of gears or increased throttle while maintaining gear.

Than I suggest that you check tire presure. Try and keep the tires at the same presure 32lbs as suggested by Honda, unless you are tracking the car, than set the tire presure according to the track conditions, temp and driving style. (Invest in a ggod tire guage and use it regularly, it can save your tires) Good Luck

Checked the pressure last night. 29 in the front on both sides, 29 on the left in back and 15 on the right in back! Obviously I have a small leak somewhere in that tire so I'll be watching it. Thanks for the info, gang. With all the flat tires I had with my Celica I should have recognized that spongy feel!
