Just a guess, the alignment is off, or you have a defective tire.

A sticking caliper SLIDER on the left will cause a pull to the right under braking....can't hurt to check

hrm, I guess that rules out the busted shock idea.

Any rsolution to this issue? My S does the same thing. Normal braking is straight. Braking hard and it pulls to the right big time.

PJC - Did you check your tire pressure? That's the most common cause for this issue.

Nobody - I'm also curious if this has been resolved.

I've seen this problem before on a different car. It turned out that one of the brake hoses going to one of the calipers was damaged internally. There was a small cut inside the hose that allowed the brake fluid to branch to a different part of the hose, but the hose looked fine externally. When the pedal was pushed, the brake fluid in the line would go the wrong route and effectively pinch off the line so that no more pressure would reach the caliper. Therefore, the opposite side of the car would be braking harder. This only happened when the brake pedal was applied at a medium to hard level.
The S2000 has 4-channel ABS. Fluid is routed from master cylinder to ABS then to wheels, and each wheel has their own dedicated line. The front wheels do not share.

Also, like vapor says, the car may track straight, but your alignment can be way off. If for example your right camber is 2
