You're in Columbus too. Maybe if you're ever at a meet or something like that I'll take you for a ride and you can tell me if mine feels the same as yours did. Mine is really prounounced though. I can't imagine its just the road. It seems to not really change much with the different pavement types. Mine also seems to change with the amount of heat that is in the tires.
The new pavement I mentioed is the ew section of 161 between New Albany and 270. The car is smooth as glass with the Hardtop on all the way up to 130mph.

I just got a set of Fuzion ZRIs and all my shaking is gone. So chalk another one up for tires. Glad that was it for me.

Replacing the hub bearings, diff and axle will leave you with no change.

picked up some aluminum hub-centric rings...but I am almost positive that isnt the issue since I am running the stockers during winter.

I'm not alone. I have the same problem, didn't see this discussion. I also noticed that the vibration was different or not there depending on the pavement. It's really bad on I75 and with a half or empty tank of gas.
Full tank and highway it was not noticable......
So there's no real solution out yet, right?

a few have found a solution to their issue but replacing/balancing tires...but I dont think many of us fall under that same category. As of yet no one has been able to find a solution; but we do know its primarily found in the '02 s2000.

I had this happen to me on my old saturn after I had a new tire put on. It would start at about 60 mph and last to about 70. I took it back to the tire place 2 different times and they told me everything was fine with the tire. I sold the car to my dad and he took it to his tire place and they immediately said that the tire was out of round. The guy told him that this happens once in a while and that the tire is just bad.
