Default Putting on the wheel locks

This may be a dumb question, but when putting on the wheel locks, do you just undo one lugnut and then replace it with the wheel lock lugnut and tighten it fully????

It is recommended to hand tighten the wheel locks only. You don't want them at 80 pounds. You might end up braking a tooth and having real headaches with it, this can happen especially during removal.

Just tighten it as hard as you can with your hand tool without having to force too much.
