Default Question about KONIs/GC

Just got done installed my KONIs/GC set up and I gotta say I LOVE IT car ride a lot better and stiffer. One problem though and I dont know if this is normal or not but seem like everytime I go over a continuously bumpy road its make this noises like metal hitting rubber or something dont know to describe it but that what its sound like to me. Has anyone here has clue what is it or why is it doing that. Car is dropped approx. 2.5'' Here's the pictures of the setup, let me know if I put it together correctly.

The rubber rings thingy, yes the purple thread sit on it. and by washer you mean the silver piece that the purple thread sit on right ? if so, that's where I put the rubber rings thingy.
