Default question concerning TSB's

i am about to purchase a used my00, and i wanted to ask if there is a maximum number of miles you can have to have the tsb's done. i've talked with the owner and none of the tsb='s were performed but then again when i drove the car, none of the tsb symptoms were noticeable. Should i take the car in anyway and have honda perform all of the tsbs?(or at least the important ones?)

what do you guys think?

thansk

TSBs are not the same as recalls. You can't expect a dealer to perform TSB work without symptoms. Some dealers may be willing to do it, but you can't demand it.

Nope. That is another difference between TSBs and recalls. A TSB is just a bulliten to dealers about relatively common problems. If the car is under warranty, they don't charge for the repair.

EDIT: The dealer will sometimes do a repair after the warranty period for "good faith". The existance of a TSB for a particular problem may increase your chances of a good faith repair.
