Does anybody ever hear any metallic clunking noises coming from the rear of the car after going over mild bumps etc?

I dropped my car on kg/mm race springs a while ago and just recently began to notice this sound. Anybody have any idea what it can be?

i know my metallic clunking noise coming from my S's rear--is my laziness to put the screw back on to hold the spare tire down--took it out to fit stuff in there when i moved to philly--
