Default Racing Spark Plug Question. Model 694 C53VC

I got these from a S2000 member who says they should help add some hp to my 2004 F22C. Anyone know anything about them? They do not have any way to gap them as there is no little arm that sticks out.... just the metal piece out of the center of the plug and that is it....

are these the right heat range for a Naturally aspirated S2000 that will be driven from 5500rpm-8400rpm all it's life?

thanks

EDIT: These are like a 13 heat range. This an extemely cold design.

Don't run these plugs. You'll foul instantly with these and get no power.
