Default Radio Door Removal for Radio assembly

Hi all,
I have a 02 S2000, and just purchased the 04 silver radio door from Hardtopguy. It looks great, but...I found it quite easy to yank off the door assembly from the dash, but nearly impossible to swap the doors out. I found one post on this, but it sounded like the guy had quite a bit of trouble. I cannot get the flex pins to pop out! Any advice? I have tried picks, paper clips, nails. Just barely moved them! I guess I was hoping that what I had ordered from Hardtopguy was the door AND the assembly! Has anyone else who ordered the door from Hardtopguy found an easy way to swap their old door for the new one?
thanks alot,
Doug!

I have done this several times. I'll look for the photos and post them when I find them. It's not that difficult with the right approach.
