Default rattle sound during accel forward & reverse

Hi Guys, I've been hearing a rattling sound coming from trans/engine area during reverse and acceleration which seems more pronounced in the cold. Does anyone else experience this at all? I've got a 99 ap1 with about 90k kms on the clock.

This doesnt sound like clutch buzz as it occurs on accel not deaccel. I'm running the newer revised clutch disk if that helps.

Thanks,
