How does the rear piston come out when in use by the car by means of the hydrolic line, is it a straight in and out motion or does it spin?

straight in and out, just like the fronts
it can't spin because it's locked in place by a nub on the disc pad backing plate.

i did this a few years ago and the hardest part was puttin on the piston dust boot! atleast for me it was lol

Using a pair of bent needlenose pliers, I was able to grab the outside of it to extract it.

Is the bag pictured at the top the part number for the rebuild kit?

01473-S2A-000 for the rear.

01463-S2A-000 for the front.
