Default Which rear camber bolts to adjust

I have been reading around, and I have found this picture : http://i135.photobucket.com/albums/q...spension2B.jpg

Which of those should I adjust first, or what is the most commonly used one to adjust camber?

Thanks

Dont adjust either one. Take it to an alignment shop and have them align it. Both are for camber but they also adjust toe at the same time

I understand Ill need an alignment, I just want to mess with it and my coils to get a good fit. I will then take it to a shop to adjust the toe.

Rear of car:

The adjuster on the lower a-arm is for the camber, but it will also have a MAJOR affect on toe.

The round link bar is for toe, but has a MINOR affect on camber.

Trial and error back and forth on both adjustes on the alignment machine is needed to get camber and toe correct.

So if you want to play with it, use the lower a-arm only. But an alignment is a must right away or you will shave the tires. It will also handle unsafely.
