Default Rear end vibration

So I did some searching and came across the bad CV bucket issue I'm pretty sure this is my problem but wanted to get another opinion before tearing it apart this weekend.

2004 with about 42,000 miles
Tires are brand new, alignment good, brakes/rotors are new, wheels are balanced
rear vibration over 35 mph gets worse up around 75-80

Does this definitely sound like the cv problem? If if is I'm going to attempt the swap but for a more permanent solution I eventually want to replace them is this company legit? Sorry I don't keep up on the aftermarket scene anymore so want to make sure I'm not buying junk that is worse than OEM.

If the vibration is stronger when on the throttle, and the frequency varies with road speed, then that's probably what it is.
