Default Rear ticking

Well lately I noticed there is a ticking coming from the rear of my car. If I pop the trunk and start shaking the car up and down I can reproduce the ticking. From what I can tell the ticking occurs on both the rear driver and rear passenger side. Could this be the wheel bearing? I'm not really sure what the noise can be since the car doesn't have to be moving for this tick sound to appear. Anyone have any suggestions?

It could be your suspension clicking since you can reproduce it when the car isn't moving. My car makes the same noise on occasion, and my friends sti has coilovers and it does it a lot. We know for a fact that his suspension is causing the noise.
