Rebuilding Head
Today I had a leakdown and compression test done on my AP1. Cyl number 3 had a compression of 140 psi, while the othere had an average of about 210. We had about 80% leak on that cylinder. The exhaust valves are pitted, and burned out as well. So basically I would like to get some insight on how I should go about rebuilding the head. I have done a quite a bit of searching, but I have been lead to many dead end threads leaving me with questions still lingering in my head... My car has 90k miles, so I also want to take care of any other high mileage maintanence.
These are the things that I am considering on getting(If you have any input on these parts, do not be afraid to say anything!):
Honda Gasket set for head
ARP Head studs
Timing Chain Tensioner
Ferrea Valve Train
I have also considered Supertech for my valve train. I have read where some people have had issues with the Ferrea retainers coming in contact with the center rocker. Also, should I go dual spring? I will be staying with stock cams. Anything else you guys can think of that I should also do? Thanks a lot for your time!

I did see that you posted that on another thread. I may go boosted later, but I dont mind going with stock if that is going to be my over all best choice. What is a good website to order factory parts? Thank you for your input though!
