The are too different products with different additives. Find out for sure if you have the right one before using them. You don't want to mess things up with the wrong stuff. Some of those fluids contain additives that can be corrosive if used in the wrong application.

I know, I'm a smart-a$$!
After reading the Redline Oil Website, it seems that both can be used in the tranny. Read it for more info.

MTL & MT-90 are both gear oils with special additives for manual transmission syncro's.
The MTL is 70W80 viscosity and the MT-90 is slightly heavier, at 75W90.
I think the recommended Honda MTL is 75W80, so neither is an exact match but I'd go with the regular MTL (70W80), not the MT-90.
By the way, I've called Redline numerous times, and they are always very happy to discuss your needs and make a recommendation.
For the diff, you probably want to use Redline 75W90 gear oil, although with stories of breaking diffs, Redline shockproof gear oil might be an alternative.
