Remind me why not to mix Spoon ECU with SC

Hey guys i did the search but all i came up with was is not good, i want to know why is not good to mix spoon ecu and SC

Timing advance and v-tech changeover both come to mind immediately.

I am using the Mugen ECU with my SC... for the low end power increase, removal of all high temp safeties/retardation, and removal of 2nd O2 sensor...

...at the sacrifice of top end HP... I will need to richen the fuel mix at the top end with a VAFC...
