Removing CraNK Pulley?

Default Removing CraNK Pulley?

ok so i have all the other pulleys off and no belt, how do i remove the crank pulley, i put the car in gear and put the e-brake on but i dont wanna break anything, so some advice from the experts on here will be good, thanks guys.

There is a special tool to arrest the crank pulley whilst you undo the bolt.

You can get it from Honda but others make them too.
