Default Removing differential question.

Can you remove the diff with the big diff mounts attached to the car?

I can't unbolt the passenger side mount because one of the bolts is cross threaded in. Only way to remove the bolt is to destroy something. Can the diff be removed without removing that diff mount or is cutting my only way forward?

Having thought about it, yes it can be done. The brackets that attach the diff to the mounts is removable.

I remove the 4 17mm head nuts on the back of the dif. The rear large mounts and the aluminum cross bracket stay in the car.
