Removing emblems from s2000
De-badging is for ricers!
Yep, I de-badged a Civic years ago. They S2000 badges are glued on and putting them back properly will be a PITA. Front and rear have pins as I recall, but the sides are just there.

I have recently removed both front and rear badges. I sprayed WD-40 to sides of emblems, let it soak thru, saw from all the directions with fishing line (or dental floss), kept spraying and sawing, got thru all double-side tapes quite easily. Some would suggest using heat gun to heat up the sticky stuff at the back, it leaves the sawing much easier, but I didn't. WD-40 and fishing line worked fine for me. It took me much much more efforts to clean up double-sided tapes' remnant left on the body though!
Front and rear badges of the S2000 have two pins at the back. The pins on those AP1's filled badges (in body color) are for positioning only, badges come right off after the double-side tapes are cut thru. The chrome badges (non-filled), however, their two pins have "teeth" to lock tight with bodywork. There's a chance of breaking the pins when removing chrome badges.
