I use it, and love it. Hahaha. I've used Redline 75w90 , Mobil1 75w90 and LE-607. They all seem to perform very well and I don't leave it in there for very long anyway.

I stick with Mobil1 because it comes out looking great at the end of service with little to no sludge/filings on the drainbolt. I also like that it is readily available off the shelf.

Since this topic has come up again, can anyone tell me if Castrol synthetic 75W90 gear oil needs any additives? I'm using this because no mobil1 in my city

If it's GL-5 it should be okay.
